Accordingly, the petition (8th time) of Quy Hai Phu Quoc Tourism Investment Joint Stock Company (the unit implementing the Quy Hai Eco-tourism project in Bai Truong, Phu Quoc City) has the following main contents:

The company has been allocated land, leased land to implement the project and has put a part into use since 2014. However, the company still does not have an entrance to develop the next phase of construction as well as an entrance to bring guests to the company's Reeort. The reason is that the compensation work has been prolonged since 2014 and has not been completed yet.

Notably, while waiting for compensation, people have reoccupied, bought and sold, and illegally built on land within the project. Currently, there are about 20 level 4 houses and many level 2 and level 3 houses up to 5 stories high, worth tens of billions of VND, blocking the entrance to the Company's project.

It is known that the People's Committee of Kien Giang province has also issued an official dispatch directing the People's Committee of Phu Quoc city and relevant agencies to urgently resolve the above-mentioned problems.
