On September 30, the National Assembly Delegation of Thanh Hoa Province, including delegates: Cao Thi Xuan, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Ethnic Council; Le Van Cuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Health, had a meeting with voters before the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly in Ha Trung and Hau Loc districts. Attending the meeting were representatives of the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, provincial departments and branches.

At the meetings, representatives of the provincial National Assembly Delegation announced the expected content of the Program of the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly. At the same time, they announced the summary of responses from the Central Ministries and branches to the opinions and recommendations of voters of Ha Trung and Hau Loc districts sent after the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

Voters in Ha Trung and Hau Loc districts highly appreciated the high sense of responsibility of the provincial National Assembly Delegation in conveying the opinions of voters and people to ministries, branches and central agencies. At the same time, they affirmed that the opinions and recommendations were thoroughly answered, thereby contributing to consolidating and enhancing the trust of voters and people in the Party, the State at all levels and the National Assembly.

In the spirit of democracy and frankness, voters of Ha Trung and Hau Loc districts have raised many opinions and recommendations to the Government and relevant ministries, branches and agencies for consideration and resolution.
In particular, voters of Ha Trung district proposed 3 groups of issues with 9 opinions. Specifically, they requested the Central Government to invest funds to restore the historical and cultural relic Ly Cung Tran Ho in Ha Dong commune. They requested the Ministry of Transport to direct relevant agencies and contractors to overcome some shortcomings after the construction of the Bac - Nan expressway through the area, such as restoring traffic infrastructure, irrigation, and cracks in houses, especially in Ha Bac commune. At the same time, they should invest in upgrading and expanding, overcoming limitations and shortcomings, ensuring traffic safety on National Highway 217 through Ha Linh commune and National Highway 1A through Yen Duong commune.

Voters of Ha Trung district also requested the Government to direct relevant ministries and branches to implement solutions to speed up the construction progress of the Project to Improve Flood Drainage Capacity in North Thanh Hoa. Increase allowances and job incentives for staff of commune health stations and district health centers.

Voters of Hau Loc district recommend that the Government and relevant ministries and branches provide guidance on criteria to clearly identify low-income workers to have a basis for implementing vocational training support policies according to Decision No. 90/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister approving the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction.

Voters request the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and competent authorities to consider and create favorable conditions for policies to exempt or reduce the amount of money recovered for people in difficult circumstances, suffering from serious illnesses, poor households, near-poor households... who are subject to recovery after the inspection conclusion to reduce some of the difficulties in life. Adjust the provisions at Point a, Clause 5, Article 5 of Decree No. 20/2021/ND-CP, dated March 15, 2021 of the Government, to "Elderly people in poor households without a wife, husband, or children" are entitled to monthly social security benefits...

Voters of Hau Loc district also recommended that competent authorities supplement sufficient human resources for the health station according to Circular 03/2023 of the Ministry of Health; adjust the regular allowance and anti-epidemic allowance according to Decision No. 73/2011/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister. Adjust the preferential allowance regime for the department doing management and service work in Decree No. 56/2011/ND-CP of the Government. Pay for health insurance examination and treatment in 2023 for commune health stations under the Hau Loc District Health Center.

In addition, to meet the progress of site clearance for ongoing projects, voters of Hau Loc district request competent authorities to allow the People's Committee at the district level to determine specific land prices to calculate land use fees at resettlement sites at the same time as determining specific land prices to calculate land compensation and to update and supplement the land price list. Request competent authorities to promptly review and approve regulations on compensation, support, and resettlement when the State reclaims land in the province for local implementation...

At the same time, she informed voters of the results of handling voters' recommendations under the responsibility of central ministries and branches and the major and outstanding contents of the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
