The National Assembly Delegation of Thanh Hoa Province approved the investment policy for the high-speed railway project on the Northern axis.

Continuing the working program at the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly, on the morning of November 13, Group 18, consisting of 3 delegations: the National Assembly Delegation of Thanh Hoa Province, the National Assembly Delegation of Ha Nam Province and the National Assembly Delegation of Tra Vinh Province, discussed in groups the investment policy for the high-speed railway project on the North-South axis; adjusting the investment policy for the Long Thanh International Airport Project in Resolution No. 94/2015/QH13 of the National Assembly; and the draft Resolution on piloting the implementation of commercial housing projects through agreements on receiving land use rights or having land use rights.

Participating in giving opinions on the investment policy of the high-speed railway project on the North-South axis, the National Assembly deputies basically agreed with the investment policy of the high-speed railway project on the North-South axis to realize the policies and orientations of the Party, the Resolution and Conclusion of the Politburo and implement the plans approved by competent authorities to create an important premise to turn our country into a developed, high-income country, strengthen regional connectivity, growth poles, create spillover momentum, open up new economic development space, ensure transportation needs on the North-South corridor, and meet the requirements of socio-economic development.

There needs to be a plan to train human resources for the project; there needs to be a support structure for domestic enterprises to access technology so that they can participate from the project implementation stage to the operation stage.

During the project implementation process, provinces need to have a plan to ensure connectivity between stations and urban centers to create convenient connections for people when traveling as well as attract passengers to choose to travel...

Participating in giving opinions on adjusting the investment policy of Long Thanh International Airport project in Resolution No. 94/2015/QH13 of the National Assembly, National Assembly Deputy Mai Van Hai, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, highly agreed on the necessity of adjusting the project's investment policy. At the same time, he suggested clarifying the capital source saved by bidding, as well as the reserve source of phase 1.
