During the investment promotion trip to Germany, on March 26, the provincial delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, went to Berlin to visit and work with the Vietnamese Embassy in Germany. Receiving and working with the delegation were Counselor Chu Tuan Duc and officers and staff of the Embassy.

Briefly reporting on the results of the working trip to Germany, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee thanked the Vietnamese Embassy in Germany for its active and effective support. Notably, the delegation organized investment promotion activities with German localities and enterprises; the Department of Planning and Investment of Thai Binh province and the Hannover Investment and Trade Promotion Agency signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation to promote investment and develop business relations between Thai Binh and Hannover; the Thai Binh - Hannover investment and business connection forum attracted the attention of many large enterprises and investors in Germany...

The provincial delegation worked with officials and staff of the Vietnamese Embassy in Germany.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said: Over the past years, the cooperative relationship between Thai Binh and foreign partners, including the Federal Republic of Germany, has been continuously expanded and achieved positive results, but is still not commensurate with the potential, strengths and desires of the province. Therefore, this working trip, the province hopes to promote investment cooperation with German localities and enterprises with Thai Binh and hopes that the Vietnamese Embassy and organizations in the Federal Republic of Germany will be a bridge to support the promotion of the image, potential and advantages of the locality to the German business community and investors in order to attract high-quality investment projects to Thai Binh in the coming time.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also respectfully requested the Vietnamese Embassy in Germany to pay attention and create the best conditions to help Thai Binh people living, studying and working in Germany to be convenient, safe, successful and contribute to building their homeland to be more and more prosperous and civilized.

On behalf of the provincial delegation, comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented souvenirs to the staff of the Vietnamese Embassy in Germany.

Minister Counselor Chu Duc Tuan congratulated the delegation of Thai Binh province on their effective trade and investment promotion activities in Germany, and expressed his joy at the impressive socio-economic development results of the province in recent years. He believed that this investment promotion trip of the province would achieve good results, not only promoting the socio-economic development of Thai Binh further but also contributing to strengthening the good diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Germany. The Vietnamese Embassy in Germany always supports and accompanies Thai Binh in investment promotion and connection activities, inviting German enterprises to study investment in Thai Binh.
