Central Committee for Mass Mobilization delegation works in Hau Giang

NDO - On the afternoon of November 15, the Central Mass Mobilization Commission delegation led by comrade Pham Tat Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission, had a working session with Hau Giang province on the implementation of the Program for coordinating mass mobilization work of the armed forces in 2024.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Pham Tat Thang highly appreciated the results achieved in implementing the Program of coordinating mass mobilization work of the armed forces in the past time, which has made an important contribution to the successful completion of the task of socio-economic development of the locality.

To continue improving the quality and effectiveness of the Program for coordinating the implementation of mass mobilization work of the provincial armed forces, comrade Pham Tat Thang requested that agencies and units focus on leadership and direction to thoroughly overcome the limitations and shortcomings pointed out by the Working Group.

Continue to thoroughly grasp, implement and concretize the 6 key contents in the Program for coordinating the implementation of mass mobilization work of the armed forces in accordance with the characteristics and tasks of each agency and unit.

Units need to strengthen education, dissemination, and raise awareness and responsibility for cadres, soldiers, and people about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and resolutions and plans of local Party committees and authorities on mass mobilization work.

Members of the Working Group gave their comments to Hau Giang province.

Actively and proactively research and innovate the content and methods of conducting mass mobilization work in accordance with the characteristics of each locality, unit and the requirements and tasks of the forces in the new situation.

Continue to coordinate well in grasping the local situation, the people's situation, ethnic and religious issues, especially during important national and local events; sensitive issues arising in society, and the people's difficulties and concerns.

Timely exchange of information, accurately forecast the situation, advise on quick and decisive resolution of complex issues right from the grassroots level, do not let "hot spots" occur, allowing hostile forces to take advantage, incite, sabotage, maintain political security and social order and safety in the area.

For armed forces units, Party committees and commanders need to focus on building a healthy cultural environment in agencies and units; implementing well public ethics and the spirit of "6 dares", exemplary responsibility of leaders, cadres and commanders of agencies and units, maintaining moral qualities, lifestyle, internal solidarity...

According to the Hau Giang Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, in recent times, the work of deploying, disseminating and propagating the significance and importance of the Coordination Program between the Central Mass Mobilization Commission and the Ministry of Public Security and the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army has been seriously implemented. On that basis, the Mass Mobilization Commission and armed forces at all levels in Hau Giang province have all specified the coordination program at their level for implementation.

Armed forces at all levels have coordinated with the Mass Mobilization Committee, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations at the same level to grasp the ideological situation, thoughts, and aspirations of the people; provide good advice to Party committees and authorities at all levels to promulgate and implement policies and strategies that are suitable for practice, meeting the legitimate and legal needs and aspirations of the people; and promptly resolve the legitimate rights and interests of the people, preventing hot spots, prolonged complaints, and going beyond the level.
