Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh and the provincial delegation visited, presented gifts and expressed gratitude to Hero of the People's Armed Forces Ngo Thi Tuyen (79 years old); Ms. Le Thi Nguyen (75 years old), a younger sister, was worshiping martyr, Hero of the People's Armed Forces Le Thi Dung, former Squad Leader of the Nam Ngan Militia Company; Mr. Ngo Tho Hiep (52 years old), a younger nephew, was worshiping martyr, Hero of the People's Armed Forces Ngo Tho Sau, former soldier of Squad 1, Platoon 2, Nam Ngan Militia Company, currently living in Nam Ngan ward (Thanh Hoa city).

At the places he visited, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Doan Anh expressed his deep respect and gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of People's Armed Forces Hero Ngo Thi Tuyen and the martyrs, soldiers, and youth volunteers who fought bravely to protect Ham Rong Bridge, defeating the plot of the US imperialists to block the vital traffic route, cutting off support from the North to the Southern battlefield.

He emphasized that the victory of Ham Rong is an epic, a source of pride for the army and people of Thanh Hoa and the army and people of the whole country in the cause of national liberation and reunification.

On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Ham Rong victory, the Party Committee and the government of Thanh Hoa province will do a good job of "repaying gratitude" with a sense of responsibility, respect and deep gratitude. Along with that, effectively implement many policies and support policies for war invalids, sick soldiers, relatives of martyrs, and those who have contributed to the revolution.
