In addition, this clinic is also suspended from medical examination and treatment activities until it has a license to operate medical examination and treatment and the practitioner has a certificate to practice medical examination and treatment; it is forced to remove and delete advertisements when it does not have a license to operate.

Also during this period, the Health Department Inspectorate also fined Ms. Ho Thi Kim Phuong - Owner of Ruby Spa (address No. 42, Street No. 110, Hamlet 2, Tan Thanh Dong Commune, Cu Chi District) 65 million VND for the acts of examining and treating patients without being granted a practice certificate; using drugs, anesthetics, substances, and equipment to intervene in the body even though the facility is not a hospital with a cosmetic specialty or a scope of professional activities in the cosmetic specialty.

This facility is also suspended from operating until it has an operating license and the practitioner has a practicing certificate. In addition, the owner of the facility must return the illegal profits from the violation.

The Health Department Inspectorate also fined Double N Aesthetics Vietnam LLC for violations at Dermatology Clinic No. 3 (address: 60-62 Mac Thi Buoi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1) 20 million VND for the following acts: Not posting prices for medical examination and treatment services; establishing medical examination and treatment records but not recording them completely; practitioners not registering to practice medical examination and treatment according to regulations; not establishing medical records according to regulations.

The authorities also revoked the medical practice certificate of Ms. Bien Thi Cam Loan - the person in charge of technical aspects of Dermatology Clinic No. 3 - for 2 months.

The Health Department Inspectorate also fined Phuong Dong International Eye Center Company Limited (address 71-73 Ngo Thoi Nhiem, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3) VND57 million for violations of advertising medical examination and treatment services without a business license or medical examination and treatment practice certificate; listing the name of the department not as stated in the business license; and practitioners not registering to practice medical examination and treatment. The company was also forced to remove and delete advertisements without a business license.
