Adjusting and supplementing land use planning to 2030 in Dong Anh district

According to the Decision, the adjustment and supplement of the Land Use Planning to 2030 of Dong Anh district was approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 5135/QD-UBND dated December 7, 2021.

Contents of the plan to adjust and supplement the Land Use Plan to 2030, specifically: Agricultural land with adjusted land use planning area is 2,207.42 ha; Non-agricultural land is 16,360.70 ha. Agricultural land converted to non-agricultural land has an adjusted area of ​​8,257.23. Non-agricultural land that is not residential land converted to residential land is 390.54.

In addition, the list of projects and works to adjust the planning to 2030 of Dong Anh district includes the Headquarters of the People's Public Security Communications Department - Ministry of Public Security of Dong Anh district, Hanoi; Security land planning (Headquarters of the Traffic Police Department, Institute of Science and Technology) under the security land project.

The energy project includes: New construction of Van Noi 110kV transformer station and branch; New construction of Dong Anh 1 Industrial Park 110kV transformer station and branch; New construction of Nguyen Khe 110kV transformer station and branch; New construction of Nam Hong 110kV transformer station and branch; New construction of Viet Hung 110kV transformer station and branch; Renovation of Dong Anh - Dong Anh 110kV (500kV - 220kV) - Soc Son 220kV transmission line.
