Kinhtedothi - Phuoc Minh 3 Industrial Cluster was established with an area of 45 hectares in Phuoc Minh Commune, Thuan Nam District, Ninh Thuan Province. The project has a total investment of 412 billion VND.
On March 19, according to information from the Department of Industry and Trade of Ninh Thuan, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 131/QD-UBND on the establishment of Phuoc Minh 3 Industrial Cluster.

Phuoc Minh 3 Industrial Park was established with an area of 45 hectares in Phuoc Minh Commune, Thuan Nam District. Dai Hung Thuan Construction Investment Company Limited was assigned as the investor to build the technical infrastructure of Phuoc Minh 3 Industrial Park with a total investment capital of 412 billion VND.
The main business lines of the industrial park are focused on manufacturing and processing of aluminum and glass industries; mechanical, electronic and information technology assembly; high-tech factories; supporting industries; construction materials and other industries suitable to the development needs of the locality.
The shared technical infrastructure system of the industrial park will be invested in and built synchronously, including a system of leveling works, internal traffic, sidewalks, trees, water supply, drainage, collection and treatment of wastewater, solid waste, fire prevention and fighting, power supply, public lighting, internal communications, operator house, security and other works serving the operation of the industrial park.
According to the above decision, the preparation phase of the investment project to build technical infrastructure for Phuoc Minh 3 Industrial Park will be carried out within 12 months from the date of the decision to establish the Industrial Park and the decision to approve the investment policy.
Construction is expected to start in the first quarter of 2026 and be completed, operated and exploited in the fourth quarter of 2027.

Ninh Thuan has 6 established industrial parks, of which 4 are invested by enterprises, including Phuoc Tien Industrial Park, 40 hectares wide, owned by Truong Hy Toan Cau Company Limited; Hieu Thien Industrial Park, 50 hectares wide, owned by An Khanh Housing Investment Company Limited; Phuoc Minh 1 and 2 Industrial Parks have the same investor, Syrena Ca Na Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
In 2025, Ninh Thuan strives to complete the procedures for selecting enterprises as investors in building technical infrastructure for industrial parks, appraising the establishment of industrial parks, and deciding to establish 5 or more new industrial parks including Phuoc Minh 3, Seafood Processing, Tri Hai, Loi Hai 1, Loi Hai 2, etc.
