Long Khanh City Police (Dong Nai) have just busted two illegal car tuning dens, including one "laboratory" to determine the highest speed of a car.
On January 2, Dong Nai Provincial Police said that Long Khanh City Police had just discovered and destroyed two illegal vehicle modification locations in the area.

During the inspection, the owner of the HBA facility could not present the vehicle registration papers. Initially, the owner of the facility admitted that after adjusting the steam system, fire, etc. and some related parameters, he would bring them to the "laboratory" (also known as the dyno room) in Doi Riu Hamlet, Hang Gon Commune (Long Khanh City) to complete the work to determine the highest speed the vehicle could reach. The authorities continued to inspect the soundproof room and discovered 2 motorbikes with unidentified owners. At the time of the inspection, the owner of the establishment could not present the vehicle registration papers. Currently, Long Khanh City Police have made a record of temporarily detaining 26 motorbikes (including 4 motorbikes with unknown frame and engine numbers) to verify, clarify, and consolidate the records for strict handling in accordance with the law.
