Ky Anh district party members enthusiastically "self-examine and self-correct"

The thematic activity "Keeping the oath, steadfast faith in the Party" launched by the Ky Anh District Party Committee (Ha Tinh) is an opportunity for each Party member to "self-reflect and self-correct", towards the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Participating in the thematic session "Keeping the oath, steadfast faith in the Party", Party member Tran Thi Thai - Party cell of Ky Khang Commune Kindergarten chose the content "Absolutely loyal to the revolutionary goals and ideals of the Party, strictly complying with the Political Platform, Party Statutes, resolutions, directives of the Party, and laws of the State; successfully completing assigned tasks; absolutely obeying the assignment and mobilization of the Party".

According to party member Tran Thi Thai, this is the first of four oaths a party member takes in the sacred moment standing under the Party flag.

“The oath taken when I was admitted to the Party has followed me throughout every stage of my life, study and work. Therefore, no matter where I am or what I do, no matter how difficult it is, I always identify the role and responsibility of a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam to be ready to accept and strive to fulfill my tasks well,” said party member Tran Thi Thai.

It is known that party member Tran Thi Thai is currently the Vice Principal of Ky Khang Commune Kindergarten. She is a Catholic with 43 years of age and 10 years of party membership. In her work and in all circumstances, Ms. Thai always plays the role of a party member, taking the lead in emulation movements to teach well, study well, love her job, and love children; contributing to building the school into a "leading bird" in the education sector of Ky Anh district.

Although he is a senior party member, Mr. Hoang Trong Binh - Party cell of Truong Thanh village, Ky Thu commune (Ky Anh district) is still very excited about the thematic activity "Keeping the oath, steadfast faith in the Party" launched by the Standing Committee of Ky Anh District Party Committee.

Presenting his paper at the seminar, what Mr. Binh was most pleased with was that through this seminar, not only did Party members strengthen their steadfast belief in the Party, but they also increased their "resistance" to the distorted arguments of hostile and reactionary forces aimed at sabotaging the Party; to their own degradation in ideology, politics, morality, and lifestyle; to the manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation".

According to party member Hoang Trong Binh, currently many party members show signs of degradation in ideology, politics, morality, and lifestyle; taking advantage of their positions and powers for personal and family gain. The underlying cause is that a number of cadres and party members do not regularly study and cultivate morality, stray from the Party's ideals, and do not fully understand the sacred oaths from the first day they join the Party.

“Therefore, this thematic session is extremely important for each party member to self-reflect, “self-reflect, self-correct”, first of all to seriously cultivate moral and political qualities, and hone ideals; then to have enough strength to fight against all plots and tricks of hostile forces”, party member Hoang Trong Binh shared.

With practical significance, the thematic activity "Keeping the oath, steadfast faith in the Party" was enthusiastically received by cadres and party members in Ky Anh district, with many rich contents discussed; local Party committees, agencies and units all focused on planning, implementing instructions and organizing activities to ensure progress and quality.

Mr. Duong Dinh Hoi - Secretary of the Party Committee of Ky Tho commune said: “This is one of the activities with a large number of party members participating (over 90%); in addition, the Party Committee also invited many representatives of mass organizations to participate. The discussion was very lively. After the activity, cadres, party members and the masses were raised awareness of the history of the formation and development of the Party; affirming that the correct leadership of the Party is an important factor deciding all victories of the Vietnamese revolution, thereby further strengthening trust in the Party, striving to complete all assigned tasks".

The Propaganda Department of Ky Anh District Party Committee held a meeting to review a number of tasks to prepare for advising the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to summarize the thematic meeting "Keeping the oath, steadfast faith in the Party"

Up to now, nearly 100% of the Party cells in Ky Anh district have organized thematic activities on "Keeping the oath, steadfastly believing in the Party"; it is expected that 100% will be completed by January 30, 2024.

Mr. Le Van Trong - Head of the Propaganda Department of Ky Anh District Party Committee shared: "The thematic activity "Keeping the oath, steadfast faith in the Party" was deployed by the Standing Committee of Ky Anh District Party Committee on the basis of implementing Resolution 16 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on improving the quality of Party cell activities and the Provincial Party Committee's plan on Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. The activity is extremely important, the results achieved are beyond expectations. Not only raising awareness for cadres and party members but also creating positive and effective effects in performing political tasks, Party building work and the local political system".
