The conference aims to strengthen the close coordination and cooperation between the State and investors of industrial zones in attracting investment for industrial development, meeting the socio -economic development goals of the province. At the same time, it enhances the responsibility of the parties in the inspection, supervision and handling of related issues; contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of State management of industrial zones.

According to the report, the province currently has 28/29 industrial parks in operation, of which 28 industrial parks are operating stably with centralized wastewater treatment plants after treatment meeting prescribed standards and have installed automatic wastewater monitoring systems, transmitting data to the Department of Agriculture and Environment for monitoring and supervision. Most secondary enterprises generating wastewater and emissions comply with environmental protection regulations such as connecting wastewater to the centralized wastewater collection and treatment system of industrial parks for further treatment.

At the conference, Binh Duong Industrial Park Management Board signed with 19 companies to build and operate industrial park infrastructure.

Mr. Truong Van Phong - Deputy Head of Binh Duong Industrial Park Management Board presented the symbolic signing board to the companies constructing and trading in industrial park infrastructure.

According to the signed content, the Binh Duong Industrial Park Management Board provides and exchanges information to the Companies on investment certificates; environmental permits; construction permits; notices of commencement; information or difficulties related to the operations of enterprises that need to be resolved by both parties; information related to the socio-economic development orientation of the province that may affect the operations of the Industrial Park.

Companies will provide the Management Board with information related to the ability to meet the environmental protection infrastructure of the Industrial Park such as types of industries, conditions for expansion and capacity increase; drainage and wastewater treatment infrastructure; amount and type of wastewater that can be received; annual dredging and maintenance plan for the drainage system, etc.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Bui Minh Tri - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Binh Duong Industrial Park Management Board and the construction and infrastructure business companies of the industrial park to focus on disseminating and thoroughly implementing the Coordination Regulations to all cadres, civil servants, employees and workers.
