The Party Committee of the People's Council of Bac Giang province appraised and examined a number of draft resolutions.

Here, delegates gave their opinions on the draft Resolution approving the zoning plan for the construction of Thuong Lan Industrial Park, Viet Yen town, scale 1/2000 and the draft Resolution approving the zoning plan for the construction of Minh Duc - Thuong Lan - Ngoc Thien Industrial Park, Viet Yen town, Tan Yen district, scale 1/2000.

According to the draft Resolution approving the Construction Zoning Plan of Thuong Lan Industrial Park, this industrial park has a total planning area of ​​nearly 150 hectares. This is an industrial park with modern, advanced, environmentally friendly technology; attracting industries: Production, manufacturing of electrical, electronic, refrigeration equipment, high-tech products serving the electronics, information technology, mechanical manufacturing, machinery, agricultural processing, etc.

Plots of land for industrial plant construction are arranged based on the identified traffic network. The maximum height of the factory is 5 floors, with a minimum green area of ​​20% according to regulations.

The draft Resolution approving the Minh Duc - Thuong Lan - Ngoc Thien Industrial Park Zoning Plan clearly states that this industrial park has a total planning area of ​​nearly 200 hectares. This is a supporting industrial park with modern technical infrastructure, attracting investors to develop industries with competitive advantages, saving resources, using less labor, etc.

Commenting on the content of the two draft resolutions above, delegates requested the drafting agency to clarify the plan and water supply source for the industrial park, and at the same time agree on the phased investment of the Project.

For the draft Resolution approving the Construction Zoning Plan of Thuong Lan Industrial Park, it is necessary to review and correct the location of some infrastructure works with incorrect land lot numbers and calculate the surface drainage plan for the industrial park.

Representative of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board presented the draft Resolution.

Regarding the draft Resolution approving the Construction Zoning Plan of Minh Duc - Thuong Lan - Ngoc Thien Industrial Park, delegates proposed to consider shortening the name of the industrial park; adjusting and supplementing the legal basis of the draft Resolution to ensure compliance with regulations. At the same time, clearly state the industries that are attracted and industries that are not attracted to the industrial park.

At the same time, delegates gave their opinions on the draft Resolution on supplementing the list and allocating detailed investment preparation capital and project debt repayment capital in the 2025 public investment plan (phase 1).

In her concluding remarks, comrade Lam Thi Huong Thanh requested the Provincial Party Committee to direct the Office to coordinate with the drafting agency to absorb the delegates' comments, edit and complete the draft Resolutions to submit to the upcoming thematic session of the Provincial People's Council.

He noted that the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board should review, consider, and rearrange the nature of industrial parks; re-study solutions on space organization, parking lot arrangement, and traffic congestion avoidance. At the same time, calculate water supply, wastewater drainage, and stormwater overflow plans to ensure that businesses investing in industrial parks operate stably and sustainably, contributing to promoting the province's economic growth...
