The Party Committee of the Office of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies and the Provincial People's Council (Office Party Committee) has just held a conference to review the Party building work in 2024 and deploy tasks in 2025. Attending the conference were comrade Le Van Anh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrade Vu Ngoc Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Committees of the Provincial People's Council and all party members of the Office Party Committee.
In 2024, the Office Party Committee closely followed the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council Party Delegation and the Provincial Agencies Party Committee, led cadres and Party members to implement and ensure the Party's policies and resolutions, the State's legal policies... innovated working methods, improved the quality and effectiveness of the National Assembly Delegation, the People's Council Standing Committee, the People's Council Committees and the Office; organized and performed tasks well, achieving quite comprehensive results in all fields.
In professional work, he led the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly deputies to advise on the content of 5 sessions of the National Assembly; organized 20 conferences to collect opinions on 45 draft laws; advised the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly deputies to coordinate with the Provincial Council for Dissemination and Education of Law to organize a Conference to disseminate and propagate laws passed at the 6th session of the 15th National Assembly with nearly 10,000 participants at 191 locations across the province; completed 4 thematic supervisions; received and processed and monitored 403 petitions... advised the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to successfully organize 8 sessions of the People's Council, issued 85 resolutions in the fields of economy, society, national defense, security, and government building; successfully organized 6 thematic supervisions and 32 regular and unscheduled supervisions and surveys; received and monitored 384 new petitions.
In addition, well organize the working conference between the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Standing Committee of the People's Councils of localities; effectively organize the propaganda and dissemination conference for more than 150 delegates of the Provincial and District People's Councils and leaders of departments, branches, sectors and officials and civil servants in charge of advising on land management to disseminate some new points of the 2024 Land Law; regularly monitor and supervise the implementation of resolutions of the Provincial People's Council, resolve voters' opinions, and implement recommendations after supervision in various fields. Regarding the Party building work, he led, directed, and thoroughly informed all Party members to study and thoroughly implement the directives, resolutions, and conclusions of the superiors during the year. He regularly urged Party cells to carry out propaganda, thorough dissemination, and write reports according to the set plan. He focused on building and perfecting programs and plans to implement resolutions and regulations of the Central and the province... He directed the review and supplementation of the Party Committee, leadership, and management staff planning for the 2020-2025 and 2025-2030 periods; reviewed and proposed to supplement and perfect the personnel work of the Party Committee and Party cells; and revised and supplemented the Party Committee's Working Regulations.
Deploying the tasks for 2025, the Party Committee of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council set the following goals: 100% of Party cells organize Party cell congresses for the 2025-2027 term, the Party Committee organizes congresses for the 2025-2030 term, ensuring the procedures, regulations, progress and instructions of the higher-level Party Committees. The Party Committee and 100% of Party cells develop and effectively implement the work programs of the Party Committee and Party cells; the inspection and supervision programs of the Party Committee and the Party Committee's Inspection Committee. Each Party cell develops and conducts at least 1 inspection and 1 thematic supervision. The Party Committee and its subordinate Party cells sign up to build a model of a four-good Party cell, a four-good grassroots Party Committee and achieve the "Four-good Party Cell", "Four-good Grassroots Party Committee" with the classification of completing the task well or better...
Speaking at the conference, comrade Vu Ngoc Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Party Committee in 2024, especially the Party Committee's plan and program to implement tasks in a methodical manner, develop a plan to overcome the shortcomings and limitations pointed out by superiors in inspections and supervisions; organize thematic activities with innovation and rich content.
At the same time, it is recommended that in 2025, the Party Committee should focus on leading the implementation of the set targets and tasks; improve the quality of Party cell activities; strengthen propaganda on major holidays of the year, pay attention to doing a good job of ideological work, promptly grasp the thoughts of Party members and cadres, especially in summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW; build Party Committees and affiliated Party Cells that are strong in politics, ideology, organization and ethics; develop a full-term program, annual inspection and supervision program. Develop a plan to organize Party cell congresses, towards the Office Party Congress. Continue to implement the model of "Four-good Party Cells", "Four-good Grassroots Party Committees"...
On this occasion, the Party Committee awarded 1 Party cell and 7 individuals for excellently completing their tasks. The Conference passed a Resolution on the direction and tasks of Party building work in 2025.
