Tam Ky Party Committee successfully completed its tasks in 2024

At the commemorative meeting, Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Lan reviewed the glorious history of the past 95 years. Under the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, in May 1930 the first Party cell in Tam Ky was established. From a Party cell as the core of leadership, revolutionary organizations were formed in a short time.

Since the liberation day until now, especially since the separation of the province in 1997, the Party Committee and people of Tam Ky have overcome many hardships and challenges. Generations have united and strived to build Tam Ky to achieve important results, becoming more and more worthy of being a provincial capital, contributing to the overall development of Quang Nam province.

Despite many difficulties and obstacles, with a spirit of solidarity, unity and high determination, the City Party Committee has led the excellent implementation of political tasks in 2024; notably, the total budget revenue reached 1,681 billion VND, reaching 111.27% of the provincial estimate and 102.58% of the city's estimate; of which the city's budget revenue management reached 539.9 billion VND.

Notably, in 2024, Tam Ky City Party Committee was the only unit out of 17 districts, towns and cities to be recognized as a Party Committee that Excellently Completed its Mission.

The Secretary of the City Party Committee emphasized that in 2025, the working theme will be: "Arranging and streamlining the organization and staff; focusing on efforts to accelerate and make breakthroughs in socio-economic development; promoting administrative reform, digital transformation and building smart cities; fighting waste; successfully organizing grassroots party congresses and the 22nd City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030".
