Specifically, at the meeting, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee implemented the Notice of Conclusion of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, inspected when there were signs of violations against the Party Committee of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee conducted a review, considered responsibility; considered and proposed disciplinary action against a number of party members who had violations and shortcomings related to the organization of the implementation of bidding packages performed by AIC Company.
In which, the disciplinary action of Reprimand was taken against the following comrades: Doan Tung, former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee for the 2010-2015 term, former Deputy Director of the Department of Finance; Ho Xuan Phuoc, former Party Committee member for the 2010-2015 term, former Deputy Director of the Department of Finance; Vo Minh Son, former Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office for the 2010-2015 term, former member of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, former Chief of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee from August 12, 2011 to September 31, 2015; Dinh Xuan Dieu, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong Pac District, former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance.
Disciplinary action in the form of Warning was taken against comrade Nguyen Phi Tien, former Party Secretary, former Director of the Department of Health. However, the statute of limitations for disciplinary action has now expired, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee requires comrades to seriously learn from the shortcomings and violations that have been pointed out.
Disciplinary action in the form of Warning was taken against comrades: Le Thi Oanh, former Deputy Director of the Department of Finance; Vu Van Tung, former Head of the Department of Culture and Society, Office of the People's Committee of Dak Lak province.
The Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee proposed that the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee consider and take disciplinary action according to its authority against the following comrades: Pham Dang Khoa, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Education and Training; Phan Hong, Party member, former Provincial Party Committee member, former Deputy Party Secretary, former Director of the Department of Education and Training.
Review and consider the responsibilities for shortcomings and violations related to the organization of the implementation of bidding packages carried out by AIC Company for the following comrades: Nguyen Quang Truong, former Party Secretary, former Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Phung Van Dinh, former Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Lu Ngoc Sinh, Director of the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Civil and Industrial Works, former Head of the Bidding, Appraisal and Investment Supervision Department, Department of Planning and Investment; Vo Danh Son, former Deputy Chief of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Thi Ha, former Deputy Chief of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee; Bui Truong Phong, former Party Secretary, former Director of the Central Highlands General Hospital.
In addition to reviewing and enforcing Party and government discipline, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee unanimously requested the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to consider and assign other appropriate work to comrade Dinh Xuan Dieu; the Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee directed the Provincial People's Committee to review the position of Director of the Department of Health for comrade Nguyen Phi Tien for the 2010-2014 period and remove comrade Vu Van Tung from the position of Head of the Department of Culture and Society, Office of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2010-2021 period.
In addition, implementing the conclusion of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission at the 28th session, based on the Party's regulations on disciplinary action against violating Party organizations and Party members, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to impose a disciplinary warning on comrade Vu Minh Thanh, Party member of Residential Group 4, Tan An Ward Party Committee, Buon Ma Thuot City; former Party Committee member, former Deputy Director of the Department of Construction.
Considering the results of the inspection of the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks within the Party; the declaration of assets and income for 3 comrades who are cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that, in addition to the advantages, the District Party Committee Standing Committee, the Ea Sup District Party Committee's Inspection Committee and the inspected comrades still have some shortcomings and limitations in leadership, direction, organization of the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary enforcement tasks within the Party and the declaration of assets and income of individuals.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested relevant organizations and individuals to review and learn from experience, promptly correcting the shortcomings and limitations pointed out.
