Recently, the Vietnamese Embassy in Saudi Arabia chaired a regular meeting of the ASEAN Women's Circle (AWC) in Riyadh with the participation of nearly 40 Ambassadors' wives, female diplomats and spouses of diplomats of ASEAN Embassies in Riyadh.
This is an opportunity for Vietnam to promote its traditional culture and cuisine, while enhancing connections and exchanges between female ASEAN officials and spouses.

At the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Van, wife of the Vietnamese Ambassador, summarized the activities of the AWC Group in recent times and thanked the members for their enthusiastic participation in the activities organized by the Group to create a useful playground for women.
After that, the Organizing Committee announced the new members, the members whose terms had expired returned to their home countries, and participated in some group games.

At the end of the meeting, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Van introduced some Vietnamese handicraft products, some features of Dong Ho paintings, the meaning of the traditional Tet holiday that just took place and invited guests to enjoy some typical Vietnamese dishes.
Delegates attending the meeting expressed their interest in the activities organized by Vietnam and said they loved the dishes prepared by Vietnamese diplomats and their spouses.
