In the period of 2019-2024, despite many difficulties, especially the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ninh Phuoc District Military Forces have been highly united and actively carried out the tasks of emulation and reward work and the goals of the emulation and reward movement, contributing to the successful completion of local military and defense targets and tasks. The emulation movement has had positive changes; emulation movements according to models, actions and initiatives have been effective and widely replicated. Through the movement, nearly 150 collectives and more than 350 individuals have been commended.

The Congress agreed on the direction, goals, tasks, and measures for the emulation and training work and the emulation movement for the 2024-2029 period, focusing on continuing to raise awareness and responsibility for cadres and soldiers about emulation and training work and the emulation movement. Continue to innovate the content, form, and implementation methods, improve the quality and effectiveness of emulation and training work and the emulation movement. Closely link the emulation movement of the armed forces with the local patriotic emulation movement, and campaigns at all levels and in all sectors. Promote the leadership role of Party committees at all levels, the responsibility of the chairperson, create a strong change in leadership, direction, and implementation, bring the emulation movement and emulation work into depth, substance, and have a steady development; Promote the combined strength of the district's armed forces, focus on overcoming weaknesses, and direct all emulation activities towards building a comprehensively strong Ninh Phuoc district armed forces "Exemplary and typical" associated with building a clean and strong party organization.
On this occasion, the People's Committee of Ninh Phuoc district awarded certificates of merit to 10 collectives and 20 individuals with outstanding achievements in the district's Military International Movement for the period 2019-2024.
