Da Lat proposes to rent out many villas in the city center

(Dan Tri) - Da Lat City (Lam Dong) has identified 10 houses and land with little damage or deterioration, suitable for short-term rental. The locality has determined the rental price to be from 8 to 123 million VND/month.

On January 7, the People's Committee of Da Lat City announced that the locality has 21 vacant houses and lands awaiting exploitation and processing. These facilities are scattered on central streets and are assigned to the Da Lat City Housing Management Center for management.

Da Lat City People's Committee identified 10 out of 21 vacant houses and lands that are less damaged or degraded, suitable for short-term rental.

Therefore, the People's Committee of Da Lat city proposed that the People's Committee of Lam Dong province agree in principle to allow the locality to sign short-term lease contracts with units during the time of completing the organization of auctions and bidding.

Da Lat City People's Committee has based on regulations to determine rental prices for houses and land for the above 10 establishments.

Of which, the rental price of a house and land at No. 5 Tran Quoc Toan (old Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Ward 1) is 123 million VND/month; the rental price of a villa and land at No. 7 Tran Hung Dao (Ward 10) is more than 117 million VND/month; the rental price of a house and land at No. 4 Le Hong Phong (Ward 4) is nearly 73 million VND/month; the rental price of a house and land at No. 1 Trieu Viet Vuong (Ward 4) is nearly 67 million VND/month.

The remaining houses and land locations have rental prices from 8 to 37 million VND/month.

It is known that Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Department of Finance to consider the above leasing proposal of Da Lat City People's Committee.
