Quang Hanh Coal Company: Placing a signboard at the construction site to welcome the TKV Party Congress

Delegates put up a signboard for the project "Construction of tunnel No. 1, floor -175/-300, part of the project to exploit the depth below -50 of Nga Hai coal mine".

The project "Construction of the first-level -175/-300 longwall, part of the project to exploit below -50 level of Nga Hai coal mine" was started in 2020. To speed up the progress, from October 2024 to the end of January 2025, the Company will arrange 6 continuous excavation and cutting points, completing important items such as: Main conveyor shaft; unloading station, coal bunker; pumping tunnel system, central power station; construction of the longwall area at -200/-175 level in the direction from -175 level down...

The first tons of coal from the No. 1 mine were mined and poured onto the ground.

By March 15, 2025, the project had completed the zoning of the furnace, installed equipment and put it into operation, 3 months ahead of schedule. Immediately after the ceremony to put up the project's sign, furnace No. 1 was organized to produce the first tons of coal. It is expected that today, furnace No. 1 will mine 150 tons of coal.

Delegates cut the ribbon to open the technical route from National Highway 18A to Nga Hai mine.

The early operation of the No. 1 longwall -175/-300 of the Nga Hai coal mine project to a depth below -50m marks an important milestone when the Company reaches a depth of -300m, contributing to helping Quang Hanh Coal stabilize and increase coal production, meeting the needs of the economy.

On this occasion, the Party Committee and General Director of TKV Group awarded the collective for their excellent achievements in the construction of the No. 1 market furnace, level -175/-300, belonging to the Project to exploit below -50 level of Nga Hai coal mine.

Also this morning, Quang Hanh Coal Company held a ceremony to technically open the road from National Highway 18A to Nga Hai mine. The road is nearly 5km long, 5.5m wide, with a total investment of 27.1 billion VND, contributing to upgrading infrastructure, serving production and travel of workers in the area.
