Specifically, at the provincial level, the Quang Nam Public Administration Service Center received 5,165 applications, of which 3,761 were processed on time. The district level received 23,668 applications and the on-time processing rate reached 92.7%. The commune level received 13,259 applications and the on-time processing rate reached 95.8%, of which more than 95% of applications were processed online.
In the first quarter of 2025, the volume of records received and processed at all levels increased significantly; of which the provincial level received 14,785 records, the district level 42,300 records and the commune level 35,790 records. The rate of timely processing at the commune level was the highest at 97.4%.
The digitization of administrative procedures has also achieved many positive results. The provincial level has digitized 60% of input records and 96.4% of settlement results. The district level has achieved 97.9% of input records and 94.8% of settlement results, while land registration office branches have digitized 89.8% of input records.
In the coming time, Quang Nam Public Administration Service Center will continue to promote the digitalization of administrative procedures, aiming to achieve 70% of online records by the end of 2025. At the same time, it will strengthen propaganda so that people and businesses actively use online public services, contributing to building an effective digital government and better serving the needs of the community.
