Contestant Le Van Loc won first prize in the online contest to learn about "Law on Implementing Democracy at Grassroots Level" in Quang Nam province.

The Law on Implementing Democracy at Grassroots Level is an important legal document, specifying the people's mastery and the responsibility of grassroots authorities in implementing the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise and people benefit".

The contest was launched by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation Day of Quang Nam Province and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Provincial Party Committee. Through the contest, it aims to widely propagate and disseminate to cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members and people about the Law on Implementing Democracy at the Grassroots Level.

According to the Organizing Committee, taking place from March 18 to 28, 2025, the contest attracted 16,516 participants.

As a result, the first prize went to contestant Le Van Loc (Tien Canh commune, Tien Phuoc district). The second prizes went to contestants: Truong Thi Tham (Dai Hiep commune), Nguyen Thi Suong (Dai Tan commune, Dai Loc district).

Candidates Trinh Cong Danh, Vo Van Hung (Dai Tan commune, Dai Loc district); Le Thi Thanh Ngan (Dien Hoa commune, Dien Ban town) won third prize.

The Encouragement Prizes went to the contestants: Ngo Thi Hong Lien, Nguyen Nhanh, Le Thi Vu Thu (Dai Loc district), Nguyen Huu Tin (Nui Thanh district).

The First Prize for collectives belongs to the following localities and units: Quang Nam Provincial Labor Federation; Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dai Loc District; Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tien Phuoc District; Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dai Hiep Commune (Dai Loc District).

Second Prize for the collective includes the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dai Hung commune and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ai Nghia town (Dai Loc district).

Third Prize includes Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan An Ward (Hoi An City); Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tam Hoa Commune (Nui Thanh District); Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Duy Hoa Commune (Duy Xuyen District).

The individual First Prize (2 million VND/prize) and the collective First Prize (5 million VND/prize) will be awarded along with a certificate at the competition's closing ceremony.
