Tu Ky voters wonder when the commune will be officially merged?

National Assembly Delegate Nguyen Hai Hung, Lieutenant General, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Defense and Security Committee, informed voters of Tu Ky district about the results of the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly and the results of handling voters' petitions.

On the afternoon of July 3, National Assembly deputies: Nguyen Hai Hung, Lieutenant General, Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense and Security; Nguyen Thi Viet Nga, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province met with voters in Tu Ky district (Hai Duong).

Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Thi Viet Nga said that the time to complete the dossier on merging commune-level administrative units to submit to the National Assembly is before September 30.

Delegates informed voters of Tu Ky district about the results of the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly.

At the meeting, voters of Tu Ky district requested superiors to clarify and inform and propagate to voters about the official time of merging commune-level administrative units so that people can clearly understand.

Regarding the above content, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Thi Viet Nga said that the Ministry of Home Affairs has provided specific instructions and the deadline for completing the dossier on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units for the 2023-2025 period to submit to the National Assembly for consideration and approval is before September 30.

Voters of Phuong Ky commune, Tu Ky district (Hai Duong) requested attention to propaganda and information to voters about the exact time of merging commune-level administrative units.

Many voters of An Thanh commune (Tu Ky) proposed that the Central Government consider supporting the province, district and commune to develop ecological agricultural production models and increase product value. Regarding land, some voters reflected and proposed that the People's Committee of Tu Ky district strengthen management and handle violations in the area. Regarding this content, Chairwoman of Tu Ky district People's Committee Vu Thi Ha received and responded to some opinions of voters and said that she was directly directing the handling of land violations. Comrade Vu Thi Ha affirmed that there was no cover-up or laxity in land management.

At the meeting, the National Assembly delegates also noted the opinions of some voters requesting the province to soon approve the policy of re-issuing "red books" for free to those who donate land for road construction; supporting the issuance of health insurance cards for soldiers discharged from April 30, 1975 to 1989; and having some additional policies for people with meritorious services.

At the 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly, National Assembly deputies of Hai Duong province participated in over 40 rounds of comments on the contents; 5 rounds of deputies questioned Ministers, heads of sectors and Deputy Prime Ministers.
