Comrade Le Danh Thang, Party Secretary, Director of Tan Quang-VVMI Cement Joint Stock Company, said that the Company has applied new generation cement production technology with a continuous, closed production line from raw material exploitation to cement products using the rotary kiln and drying method. The company's production line and technology have a capacity of 2,500 tons of clinker/day, 910,000 tons of cement/year. The equipment line has a high level of automation, applying information technology to improve quality, ensuring fuel economy and environmental protection indicators.

Every year, the Company launches a movement to promote technical innovation initiatives to improve productivity and product quality. Many initiatives and solutions have been implemented, bringing practical results to production and business activities. In 2023 alone, the Company had 21 solutions recognized as technical innovation initiatives, with a total value of more than 582 million VND. In the first 9 months of 2024 alone, dozens of initiatives were applied.

Tan Quang Cement has implemented a series of measures to improve technology and increase production efficiency. The company has completed the repair of kilns, increased equipment productivity, helping to ensure that clinker energy consumption always meets the standard. Clinker quality has also been significantly improved, contributing to ensuring production and business efficiency.

In addition, the company has improved the cement production process by increasing the proportion of additives in cement much higher than the original plan. This not only helps optimize production costs but also ensures stable product quality, meeting market consumption needs.

Environmental protection work is always focused on by the company. In 2020, the company completed the installation of a continuous, automatic environmental monitoring system for emissions, connecting and transmitting data directly to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Tuyen Quang province. Maintain the operation of environmental protection equipment and works such as: Centralized wastewater treatment system, electrostatic dust filtration system to ensure current standards; organize the implementation of responding to the world environmental holiday, the campaign to make the world cleaner.

Along with developing production and business, the company also focuses on taking care of the lives of workers. For many consecutive years, the Company has been awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Provincial Labor Federation for its outstanding achievements in facilitating trade union activities and caring for workers at the enterprise. In 2020 and 2023, the Company was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province; in 2020, it received a Certificate of Merit from the State Capital Management Committee at enterprises.
