Binh Phuoc Health Sector Trade Union receives emulation flag

Binh Phuoc Health Sector Trade Union currently has 22 affiliated grassroots trade unions with 3,605 union members and workers, an increase of 175 people compared to the same period. Of these, there are 19 grassroots trade unions of administrative and career sectors and 3 grassroots trade unions of non-state enterprises.

In 2024, 100% of the grassroots trade unions in the health sector will disseminate directives, resolutions, policies and laws of the Party, the State, trade union congresses at all levels, the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Trade Union Congress, the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union for the 2023-2028 term, in conjunction with the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Regarding the method of dissemination, the health sector trade union has innovated from paper documents to video clips, which has brought about effective reception, reduced costs of printing documents and protected the environment.

The work of caring for and supporting union members and workers during the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin 2024 is focused on with 3,454 union members and workers being cared for, with a total amount of 863 million VND; visiting union members and workers in difficult circumstances with 75 million VND from the grassroots union fund...; supporting and visiting sick people for 492 union members and workers with a total amount of 342 million VND; repairing 1 house with an amount of 15 million VND...

The Health Sector Trade Union also coordinated with the Traditional Medicine Hospital and the Provincial General Hospital to organize free medical examinations and gifts in Dang Ha Commune, Bu Dang District; coordinated with the Young Doctors Association of Binh Phuoc Province to organize charity medical examinations, provide free medicine and gifts for nearly 200 veterans in Phu Rieng Commune, Phu Rieng District; distributed more than 70,000 free meals from charity kitchens at hospitals and medical centers; mobilized 268 union members to participate in voluntary blood donation; supported people affected by storms and floods and the movements "Union Shelter", "Repaying Gratitude", eliminating dilapidated houses for poor households, supporting Tet for the poor, free porridge, giving gifts to poor patients at hospitals; giving gifts to union members in difficult circumstances at district, town and city hospitals with a total amount of more than 1 billion VND.
