Premiere of the film "Hong Ha Nu Si" in Vu Thu district

On the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (1930 - 2024), on the afternoon of October 20, at the District Culture and Sports Center, the People's Committee of Vu Thu District organized the screening of the film "Hong Ha Nu Si".

Leaders of Vu Thu District People's Committee presented flowers to congratulate the film scriptwriter.

The film is about the life and career of female poet Doan Thi Diem (18th century), also known as Hong Ha nu si. Doan Thi Diem is considered the most talented woman among Vietnamese female poets from ancient times. Her poetic works express the vision of a politician when discussing how to build the country, carrying great thoughts for the people and the country and having high humanistic values. This is a film with a duration of nearly 100 minutes, invested by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, film director Nguyen Duc Viet, film script Nguyen Thi Hong Ngát; main actors: Artist Anh Dao, Nguyen Van Toan, People's Artist Trung Anh, People's Artist Le Khanh, Vinh Xuong... The film was filmed in Thai Binh and Hung Yen provinces, in which, Tu Tan commune studio (Vu Thu) is where many scenes of the film took place, local people also contributed many extras to the film.

Delegates enjoy the film at the premiere.

The premiere in Vu Thu district attracted over 500 delegates, including nearly 400 female delegates, contributing to improving the spiritual life of women and spreading beautiful images of a famous female figure in Vietnamese history. The film is expected to be shown in cinemas in the near future.
