At the ceremony, representatives of the Department of Organization and Personnel - Ministry of Public Security announced the Decisions of the Minister of Public Security on the establishment of Hue City Police; Decision on the arrangement and consolidation of Hue City and District Police; Decision on the organization of the Investigation Police Agency of Hue City and District Police and Decision on the arrangement and consolidation of Hue City, Ward, Town Police.
Accordingly, after its establishment, Hue City Police had an organizational structure including: Thuan Hoa District Police, Phu Xuan District Police (separated from the old Hue City Police), Phong Dien Town Police (old Phong Dien District Police), Phu Loc District Police (merged from Nam Dong and Phu Loc District Police), Huong Thuy Town Police, Phu Vang District Police and Quang Dien District Police.
