Announcing 9 outstanding scientists to receive the Khue Van Cac Award in 2024

The first Khue Van Cac Award in 2024 honors young Vietnamese scientists under 35 years old with outstanding achievements in the field of social sciences.

The Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has just announced 9 outstanding scientists to receive the first Khue Van Cac Award in 2024. These are the most outstanding young scientists among 55 applications sent to the organizing committee.

The first Khue Van Cac Award in 2024 honors young Vietnamese scientists under 35 years old who are studying, researching and working at home or abroad with outstanding achievements in the field of social sciences and humanities in 6 fields/interdisciplinary fields: Law, Education, Economics, Culture - Art, Philosophy - Political Science - Sociology, History - Archaeology - Ethnology - Anthropology.

This is the first time the Central Youth Union has organized an Award specifically for young Vietnamese scientists in the field of social sciences and humanities. The Award aims to concretize the Party and State's policy on developing high-quality human resources and implementing the Project "Discovering, nurturing and promoting young Vietnamese talents in the period of 2022-2030" approved by the Prime Minister, while affirming the special role and importance of social sciences and humanities for the country's development.

The award also aims to motivate, inspire and promote the emulation movement of studying, scientific research, applying achievements in social sciences and humanities, contributing to the development of the country; mobilizing and promoting all social resources for the work of discovering, nurturing and promoting young talents, developing high-quality human resources in the field of social sciences and humanities.

Each individual who wins the Award will receive the "Creative Youth" Badge from the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Khue Van Cac Cup, a certificate of achievement and a cash prize.
