A US-based research organisation has asked the Department of Homeland Security to make public the visa process for Harry, after he revealed he used drugs.
A federal court in Washington on June 6 will hear arguments between the conservative think tank Heritage Foundation and the Department of Homeland Security over whether the government must make public documents about Harry's visa process.
The Heritage Foundation has previously requested the release of Harry's US visa application records to see whether he truthfully told immigration officials that he used drugs.

Applicants for a visa to enter or reside in the United States must disclose any criminal conduct, including drug use, and may be denied entry or residence in the United States.
"Our request is a response to public concerns about the possibility of Harry's visa being revoked due to his drug use and whether Harry's drug use was properly screened before he entered the United States," said Mike Howell, project director of the Heritage Foundation.
The US Department of Homeland Security has refused to release documents on the matter.
In his memoir Spare , released earlier this year, Harry, 38, admitted to using drugs such as magic mushrooms, cocaine and cannabis as a teenager to "cope with past traumas" and "release repressed emotions".
Harry and his wife Meghan left the British royal family in 2020 and moved to the US. Here, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex earn money through book publishing contracts and documentary filmmaking.
