Ms. H. said that in the 2022-2023 school year, she lost her computer at school. This school year, class 4/3 is equipped with a TV, so she wants a new computer to prepare lessons and connect to the TV for teaching.

"In the first parent meeting of the year, I clearly stated that I would not collect class funds because this was very troublesome and against the regulations. Also at the meeting, I said that last year I lost a computer at school, I reported this to the school, but the principal did not take any action. Class 4/3 had a TV since last year, so I asked parents and donors to support me in buying a laptop for teaching because I thought this was socializing education," said Ms. H.

According to Ms. H., she did not ask the principal for permission to buy a computer. "Because I thought asking to buy a laptop was a normal thing, in line with the policy of socializing education, the State and the people do it together. Many people do the same. I do not equalize but rely on the voluntary spirit of parents. If there is no computer, leaving the TV idle would be a waste," Ms. H. continued.
