The meeting focused on reviewing, discussing and giving opinions on: The general urban planning project of Xuan Van, Trung Mon, Yen Son district. Regarding the above content, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee basically agreed with the planning project. Regarding the general planning of the new urban area of ​​Xuan Van, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ha Thi Nga emphasized that the planning aims to turn the new urban area of ​​Xuan Van into a typical, characteristic urban area, promoting the nature of trade, commercial services, high-quality agriculture and forestry, creating attraction, promoting advantages in the district, creating momentum for the development of the locality as well as neighboring areas of the city. At the same time, the new urban area will also open up open space along both banks of the Gam River.

Provincial Party Secretary Ha Thi Nga chaired the conference.

Regarding the general planning project of the Trung Mon new urban area, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ha Thi Nga requested the consulting unit to coordinate with Yen Son district to complete the project. Along with the nature of a model educational urban area, the Trung Mon new urban area must be arranged and expanded to connect the regional traffic system to promote advantages, build an urban area with its own unique characteristics, and be a satellite urban area for the center of the province in the future.

The conference also gave opinions on the draft Plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement Directive No. 42 dated January 16, 2025 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership in education work on diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality; draft report on leadership in implementing the tasks of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense, security, Party building, and the political system in the first quarter; directions and tasks for the second quarter of 2025; Draft report of the Provincial Party Standing Committee summarizing 5 years of implementing Directive No. 42 dated March 24, 2020 of the Central Party Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership in preventing, responding to, and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters and a number of other important contents.
