Due to difficult family circumstances, Ly Luu Cuong and Ngai Van Phong were taken in by officers and soldiers of Ta Gia Khau Border Guard Station to be raised and cared for. As "adopted children" of the border guards, the two children not only have better living conditions, but also receive help, tutoring, and guidance from officers and soldiers of the station in their studies and training. Ly Luu Cuong, from Thai Giang San village, Ta Gia Khau commune, Muong Khuong district, shared: "Despite difficult family circumstances, I feel very lucky to be able to come here to live. The uncles also regularly help my family, and my family's life is better now. I will strive to become a border guard."
Responding to the peak period of "90 days and nights of Muong Khuong to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses", officers and soldiers of Ta Gia Khau Border Guard Station mobilized social resources to support 4 poor households, each with 60 million VND to rebuild their houses. Officers and soldiers of the station also regularly support families with working days to speed up the progress of building new houses. Mr. Giang Sin Seng, Lao To village, Ta Gia Khau commune, Muong Khuong district shared: "The station supported 60 million VND, I also tried to build a house. Build a level 4 house, roofed with corrugated iron".

Ta Gia Khau Border Guard Station is performing the task of managing more than 8.6 km of border in the two communes of Din Chin and Ta Gia Khau. With the rugged border terrain, the Station has coordinated with the Party Committees and authorities of the two localities to establish 17 self-managed security and order teams, 5 self-managed border and boundary marker teams to strengthen patrols, control, and firmly protect national border security and sovereignty. Ms. Giang Tra Phan, Lao To village, Ta Gia Khau commune, Muong Khuong district shared: "Joining the self-managed border and boundary marker team also raises awareness and protects the border and boundary markers. If I see someone deliberately illegally crossing the border, or a stranger entering the village, I also report it to the border guards."
Major Ban Van Minh, Chief of Ta Gia Khau Border Guard Station, added: "Calling for and supporting people with trees, seeds, techniques, and removing temporary houses. Identifying each person as a living landmark, the eyes and ears of the border guards, managing and protecting the border, denouncing crimes, is largely thanks to the people's provision. We have built a strong political system."
The military-civilian relationship is strong, the "People's heart position" is increasingly solidified, the people actively cooperate with the Zuo Jiaqiu Border Guard to firmly protect national sovereignty and border security, and build an increasingly developed border area.
