Final of the 2024 Golden Apricot Singing Festival

This morning, November 24, the Quang Tri Provincial Children's House organized the opening round of the 2024 Golden Apricot Singing Festival with the theme "Student Melody" for children in the province.

After more than a month of announcement, the festival organizing committee received 89 performances from 93 contestants from across the province. The jury selected 43 performances with 44 best contestants to compete in the festival final round.

At the festival’s final round, 43 performances were divided into two groups according to the age of Primary and Secondary School. The contestants sang solo, group and duet songs praising the Party, Uncle Ho, love for the homeland, family, teachers, friends and about the dreams of school age with many performance styles.

The festival aims to create a useful, joyful and healthy playground, helping children to have good aesthetic orientation and develop their talents and cultural and artistic creativity.

At the same time, it creates an environment for students to practice, exchange and learn experiences from friends, to improve in the gifted subject they have chosen.

In addition, through this festival, we aim to discover talented children to nurture and train them to participate in regional and national festivals.

The closing ceremony and awards ceremony took place in the afternoon of the same day.
