Handing over the positions of Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard

On the afternoon of April 11, Major General Nguyen Duc Manh - Deputy Commander of the Border Guard (BĐBP) chaired the conference to hand over the position of Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard at the Provincial Border Guard Command.

The conference reviewed the outstanding results during the time Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Hue held the position of Party Committee Secretary and Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard. With a high sense of responsibility, he and the Party Committee and the Provincial Border Guard Command led the unit to successfully complete political tasks, firmly maintaining the sovereignty and security of the province's maritime border.

In recent times, under the leadership of comrade Nguyen Ngoc Hue, the Party building work in the provincial Border Guard has been focused on promoting; the military discipline and order have been constantly consolidated; the emulation movement to win has spread strongly throughout the entire force. Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Hue has always been close to and concerned about the material and spiritual life of the unit's officers and soldiers, actively contributing to building the Bac Lieu Border Guard to be truly strong in all aspects.

After a long career, dedicated and excellently completing the assigned tasks, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Hue has reached retirement age and handed over the position of Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard. Before the Decision of the superiors on the appointment of the position of Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard; currently Colonel Ha Van Thanh - Commander, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee temporarily manages the work in place of the Party Secretary; Colonel Huynh Thanh Hung - Deputy Political Commissar handles the work in place of the unit's Political Commissar.

Representing the Border Guard Command, Major General Nguyen Duc Manh - Deputy Commander of the Border Guard acknowledged and highly appreciated the important contributions of Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Hue in the cause of protecting national sovereignty and border security and building an increasingly disciplined and elite Border Guard force. Major General Nguyen Duc Manh expressed his belief that although Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Hue has retired, with the mindset of a soldier, he will continue to contribute his intelligence and experience to the common cause of the Army and the Border Guard force. At the same time, he requested that in the coming time, the Provincial Border Guard will continue to promote the good tradition, build a strong Bac Lieu Border Guard, and excellently complete all assigned tasks.

The handover ceremony ended in consensus and expectations for the new development path of Bac Lieu Border Guard.
