Deputy Director of Phu Yen Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Le Vu said: In order to stimulate demand and attract tourists to Phu Yen in 2025, Phu Yen will bring to the International Tourism Fair - VITM Hanoi 2025 a unique cultural space, combined with a performance of Phu Yen ocean tuna, to spread the image of a peaceful Phu Yen, rich folk cultural life, many unique festivals associated with coastal residents and ethnic minorities in mountainous areas, along with attractive cuisine to domestic and foreign tourists, inviting tourists to "Go to Phu Yen", contributing to building Phu Yen to increasingly become an "Attractive and friendly destination".

Located in the Central region, where the first sunrise on the mainland of Vietnam is welcomed, Phu Yen with its beautiful natural landscapes, is also a land with a long history and deep culture, unique and attractive cuisine, including ocean tuna. In recent years, Phu Yen tourism has flourished, tourism products are increasingly rich and high quality; the land of "Yellow flowers on green grass" is increasingly known to many tourists.

Through the introduction, exhibition and art program introducing the typical cultural and culinary features of Phu Yen, we hope to spread vivid images of a peaceful land, rich in cultural identity with many famous landscapes such as: Ganh Da Dia, Mang Lang Church, Mui Dien - the first place to welcome the sunrise on the mainland of Vietnam, Nghinh Phong Tower - the new tourist symbol of Tuy Hoa city, Nhan Tower - a special national relic and many beautiful places, cuisine that captivates people's hearts.

At the event, locals and tourists experienced an art program introducing Phu Yen's unique culture and cuisine, performed by artists from Sao Bien Theater, artisans and the Phu Yen Province Chefs Association.

In particular, when mentioning the culinary quintessence of Phu Yen, it is impossible not to mention ocean tuna - a precious gift from the ocean, not only famous throughout the country but also known to international friends.

With its characteristic sweet and fresh taste, Phu Yen's ocean tuna can be processed into more than 101 attractive dishes, from sashimi, tuna eyes stewed with Chinese herbs, to hot pot, salad, grill... each dish is an unforgettable taste experience.

The tuna cooking demonstration by the Phu Yen Province Chefs Association brought locals and tourists to explore the unique culinary art, and interesting stories from chefs about this famous delicacy.

The special performance “Words of Stone”, performed by People’s Artist Thanh Hai and a group of artists, is a unique ensemble combining stone trumpets, stone zithers, ancient musical instruments with pristine tones, found and preserved in Tuy An, Phu Yen.

The special dance performance “Thap Nhan Moon” is both traditional and imbued with contemporary spirit, depicting the legendary and charming beauty of Thap Nhan on a moonlit night with the image of graceful Cham dancers in a legendary dance.
