BTO-At 11:00 p.m. on February 4 (December 25 of the lunar calendar), Chairman of the People's Committee of Phan Thiet City - Phan Nguyen Hoang Tan suddenly appeared at the Nguyen Tat Thanh Spring Flower Street construction site to check the progress of the project, and encourage the workers and technicians who are gradually completing the project for the opening ceremony taking place at 7:00 p.m. on February 5 (the evening of December 26 of the lunar calendar).
Chairman of Phan Thiet City People's Committee - Phan Nguyen Hoang Tan, together with artist Pham Anh Tuan, reviewed the segments and perspectives from the lighting system to cleaning before putting the flower street into service for the people and tourists.
The Chairman of Phan Thiet City People's Committee also sent his regards and encouragement to the technical team and workers who are on duty to complete the flower street and sent lucky money to wish everyone a happy new year on the occasion of the upcoming Lunar New Year - Spring of Giap Thin.

The opening ceremony of this year's Spring Flower Street will officially take place at 7:00 p.m. on February 5. This year, the Spring Flower Street Organizing Committee will also perform a lion dance with the image of the longest dragon in Southeast Asia (Quan De Temple) on the opening night. Afterwards, the dragon will roll up for people and tourists to take souvenir photos.

The dragon mascot placed in the lobby of the flower street will bring many interesting things to the people and visitors. Not only with a height of more than 5m, the image of a dragon riding a cloud reaching up to the sky with the meaning of praying for a new year full of favorable conditions and peace for the young city to rise and integrate. The dragon mascot will have fire-breathing performances at 8pm every night to serve the people.
