According to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, these units meet the criteria of units with a large number of assigned tasks, over 300 tasks, high task completion rate (over 90%) and high on-time completion rate (over 80%), and are commended 5 times in 2023.

Specifically, in 2023, the Department of Transport was assigned 680 tasks, the unit completed 627 tasks, reaching a rate of 92.2%, of which 572 tasks were resolved on time, reaching a rate of 84.1%. The unit was commended by the Chairman of the City People's Committee 5 times in 2023.

The Department of Home Affairs was assigned 630 tasks, completed 604 tasks, reaching 95.9%, of which 567 tasks were resolved on time, reaching 90%. This unit was commended by the Chairman of the City People's Committee 5 times in 2023.

The City People's Committee Office was assigned 355 tasks, of which 346 tasks were completed, reaching a rate of 97.5%, of which 320 tasks were completed on time, reaching a rate of 90.1%. This unit was commended by the Chairman of the City People's Committee 5 times in 2023.

Most notably, the Department of Planning and Investment was assigned 1,246 tasks, of which 1,143 were completed, reaching 91.7%. Of which, 1,128 tasks were resolved on time, reaching 82.5%. This unit was also commended by the Chairman of the City People's Committee 5 times in 2023.
