60 collectives and individuals received awards for implementing the tasks of Program 06-CTr/TU

Kinhtedothi - On the morning of March 28, at the conference to summarize Program 06-CTr/TU of the Hanoi Party Committee on "Developing culture, improving the quality of human resources, building elegant and civilized Hanoians in the period of 2021-2025", many collectives and individuals were commended for their outstanding achievements in implementing tasks.

Accordingly, the Hanoi Party Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 10 collectives and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Program No. 06-CTr/TU dated March 17, 2021 of the Hanoi Party Committee on "Cultural development; improving the quality of human resources; building elegant and civilized Hanoians in the period of 2021 - 2025". Bonuses for collectives and individuals are implemented in accordance with Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation. The reward fund is taken from the budget of the Hanoi Party Committee.

The Hanoi People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 20 collectives and 20 individuals with outstanding achievements in organizing and implementing Program No. 06-CTr/TU dated March 17, 2021 of the Hanoi Party Committee on "Cultural development; improving the quality of human resources; building elegant and civilized Hanoians in the period of 2021 - 2025". The bonus level for collectives and individuals is implemented according to Article 58 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government. The bonus money is deducted from the City's Emulation and Reward Fund and transferred to the account of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports for implementation.
