At the same time, operate reservoirs according to approved procedures, coordinate inspection of the implementation of measures to ensure the safety of hydroelectric dams, especially weak dams or dams under construction or repair. In addition, pay attention to closely coordinating with localities in operating reservoirs to ensure safety for works and downstream areas of dams.

On the other hand, it is also necessary to prepare plans for operation, production, electricity transmission and power supply for important loads, especially in areas at risk of floods, storms and natural disasters. There is a plan to reserve materials and equipment as well as check the readiness of forces and means to respond to incidents when heavy rains and floods come to the reservoir quickly, ensuring absolute safety of the reservoir according to regulations.
