Yen Bai City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department promotes propaganda and mass mobilization work

Yen Bai - In the first quarter of 2025, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee proactively advised the City Party Committee to organize the study and dissemination of 30 important resolutions, directives, conclusions, and regulations of the Central, Provincial and City Party Committees.

Yen Bai City Party Committee held a conference to deploy the implementation of Directive 05 of the Politburo.

The City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department has also developed a plan and implemented a preliminary and final review of 7 key resolutions and directives according to the City Party Committee's work program.

The work of studying and thoroughly grasping the resolution was flexibly implemented with 4 direct and online conferences, attracting the participation of 6,013 party members at 32 locations. The Committee also directed the organization of political activities according to Directive No. 05-CT/TW and the topic "Youth Union members study and follow Uncle Ho's teachings". In addition, the Committee advised on implementing a wide-ranging ideological activity on the article by General Secretary To Lam "Straight - compact - strong - effective - efficient - effective", associated with the policy of streamlining the organization of the political system.

Regarding training, the City Political Center has opened 7 training courses for 393 students, with over 80% achieving good and excellent results, of which 10.3% achieved excellent results. The work of grasping public opinion has also been focused on, with 2 online and direct surveys on the organization of the Party Congress for the 2025-2027 term and the building and development of Yen Bai's human culture.

Propaganda activities were promoted, focusing on creating consensus in implementing the policy of streamlining the apparatus according to Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW. Local media produced 79 radio programs, 9 cultural and artistic programs, maintained 18 columns and topics, and 6 television columns with 18 reports. The website "City Party Newsletter" posted 190 news, articles and 726 photos, while the fanpage "Hoa Huong Duong" was effective with 538 news and articles shared.

In the field of mass mobilization, the Committee continues to direct the implementation of Plan No. 218-KH/TU on the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement and Plan No. 322-KH/TU on "Weekend with People and Businesses" in 2025. Up to now, the whole city has 336 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models operating effectively, contributing to improving the quality of mass mobilization work, connecting the government with the people and businesses.

In the coming time, the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department will continue to improve the effectiveness of disseminating and propagating the resolution; enhance the application of information technology in political and ideological education; expand forms of grasping public opinion and promote the emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" associated with the city's socio-economic development tasks.
