Proposal to award the Third Class Labor Medal to Hanoi College of Electronics and Refrigeration

The dispatch clearly states: The City Emulation and Rewards Committee (Standing Body of the City Emulation and Rewards Council) received Document No. 105/TTr - CDĐTĐL dated March 11, 2025 of Hanoi College of Electronics and Refrigeration on the proposal for the President to consider awarding the Third Class Labor Medal to the school.

Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government, which stipulates the public announcement of collectives and individuals proposed for state-level rewards, before reporting to the City Emulation and Reward Council for approval, the City Emulation and Reward Board posts information to solicit public opinions on the collective of Hanoi College of Electronics and Refrigeration, specifically:

- 2016: Third Class Independence Medal, Emulation Flag of the City People's Committee

- 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2024: Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the City People's Committee

- 2023: Emulation flag of the City People's Committee

Feedback should be sent to the City's Emulation and Reward Board (address: No. 37, Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Hang Bai Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City) within 10 working days from the date of posting the information.
