Comrade Nguyen Van Triet, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, contributed a draft report at the conference.

At the conference, delegates focused on studying the draft report on the implementation of the Resolution for the first quarter and the work program for the second quarter of 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee.

Leaders of provincial departments and branches reported on the actual situation, provided evidence, explained, commented, and clarified the results in each field: Party building, political system building; work to prevent and combat corruption, waste, and negativity; economy, culture, society, ethnicity, religion, internal affairs, implementation of 06 key tasks, 03 breakthrough tasks, national target programs... to provide information to the Provincial Party Standing Committee as a basis for assessing the implementation of tasks close to the actual situation of the province.

Comrade Nguyen Van Hieu, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee contributed a draft report at the conference.

Delegates focused on in-depth discussions on the following contents: assessing the ideological situation and mood among cadres, party members and people, especially after implementing the conclusions of the Central Committee (Conclusion No. 121-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Party Central Committee (term XIII) on summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the Party Central Committee (term XII) "some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently";

Conclusion No. 126-KL/TW, dated February 14, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on a number of contents and tasks to continue to arrange and streamline the apparatus of the political system in 2025; Conclusion No. 127-KL/TW, dated February 28, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on implementing research and proposing to continue to arrange the apparatus of the political system, Conclusion No. 128-KL/TW, dated March 7, 2025 of the Politburo on the policy on personnel work).

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Ngo Chi Cuong requested the department in charge of drafting the report to fully absorb the delegates' comments, update, supplement, and edit the delegates' contributions in terms of text, words, and data.

The Provincial Party Secretary proposed that in the work program for the second quarter of 2025, 11 key tasks should be set out, including adding tasks on economic development, key tasks, breakthroughs, focusing on large projects... to ensure a quality report to be presented to the upcoming Provincial Party Committee conference.
