Paying nearly 9.4 billion VND to organizations and individuals contributing land to grow rubber

Dien Bien Rubber Joint Stock Company pays land contributions to households in Muong Cha district.

Accumulated from 2018 to present, the Company has exploited 17,841 tons of latex; revenue of more than 564 billion VND and paid money to distribute products to people who contributed land with an amount of nearly 44.5 billion VND. According to the plan, the Company will make payments according to the area of ​​each district: Muong Cha, Tuan Giao, Muong Ang, Dien Bien and Dien Bien Phu City. The payment location is the headquarters of the People's Committee of the communes for the convenience of the people. During the payment process, there is supervision and witnessing by local Party committees and authorities, ensuring transparency and completeness.

Households and individuals who have contributed land and are entitled to receive payment must bring their citizen identification cards for verification when coming to receive the money. In case the head of the household who contributed land has died, the person who receives the payment must have a decision recognizing the inheritance rights or a family agreement minutes certified by the People's Committee of the commune. In case the head of the household is absent and authorizes another person to receive the payment, the authorized person must have a power of attorney certified by the People's Committee of the commune.
