1. Candidates and conditions for admission
1.1 Subjects and conditions for admission according to Method 1 (direct admission)
- Subjects and priority order of admission:
+ Candidates are children of martyrs of the People's Public Security Forces.
+ Candidates are children of disabled soldiers of the People's Public Security Forces (disability rate from 81% or higher).
+ Candidates are children of Armed Forces Heroes in the People's Public Security Forces; candidates are children of Labor Heroes in the People's Public Security Forces.
+ Candidates are biological children of citizens recognized as martyrs who sacrificed their lives in cases of directly participating in the fight against or preventing socially dangerous acts under crimes prescribed in the Penal Code, bravely performing urgent and dangerous work to serve security.
+ Candidates in the national team participating in international science and technology competitions or candidates summoned to attend the national team selection exam for international and regional Olympic competitions according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
+ Candidates who won third prize or higher in national excellent student competitions, national science and technology competitions (priority is given to candidates from highest to lowest prize until the quota is reached. In case the quota is still exceeded, priority is given to candidates who are children of police officers).

- Admission requirements:
+ Ensure admission standards as prescribed in Article 11 of Circular No. 50.
+ Have a written request from the Public Security of units and localities (with supporting documents), declaration and application form for intermediate level recruitment according to the form prescribed by the Ministry of Public Security sent to the Department of Training for appraisal.
+ High school graduate by the time of admission confirmation.
1.2. Subjects and conditions for admission according to Method 2 (examination)
- Candidates:
+ Police conscripts on active duty.
+ Citizens who have completed their military service in the People's Public Security Forces and have a discharge decision within 12 months from the month of recruitment.
+ Students of Cultural School, Department of Training, Ministry of Public Security.
+ Citizens residing permanently in the locality where the preliminary registration is made.
- Admission requirements:
+ Ensure admission standards as prescribed in Article 11 of Circular No. 50.
+ Attend high school graduation and take the assessment exam of the Ministry of Public Security in 2025. For active duty soldiers, students of Cultural Schools who are not eligible to register for university admission or only wish to register for intermediate admission, they are allowed to submit their application to a Police School according to the correct admission area to take the Assessment Exam of the Ministry of Public Security in 2025.
+ Ensure the intermediate level entry threshold according to regulations and announced by the Department of Training before admission.
+ Have an application for secondary school admission sent by the local police to the Training Department.
+ High school graduate by the time of admission confirmation.
3. Application form

- Application form for intermediate police recruitment.
- Candidate's ID card/Citizen ID card (matches the ID card/Citizen ID card number the candidate used to register for the 2025 high school graduation exam).
- A photocopy of the candidate's high school graduation exam notice. In case the candidate does not have the high school graduation exam notice at the time of registration, the local police will compile and send a supplement immediately after the candidate receives the notice (only need to submit a copy) to the Department of Training.
- Certified copy of the candidate's original high school transcript.
- Certificate of priority in admission of candidates.
- Application form.
4. Priority in admission
- Priority points for subjects and regional priority points are implemented according to Circular No. 05/2021/TT-BLDTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs regulating enrollment regulations and determining enrollment quotas for intermediate and college levels.
- Bonus points according to regulations of the Ministry of Public Security:
+ Bonus points for candidates who win an encouragement prize or higher in national and international excellent student competitions, in national and international science and technology competitions corresponding to the winning subject and winning field for direct admission to People's Public Security schools.
In which: first prize (gold medal) is added 1.0 point; second prize (silver medal) is added 0.75 point; third prize (bronze medal) is added 0.5 point; consolation prize is added 0.25 point. Candidates who win many prizes will only be awarded bonus points for the highest prize.
+ Add 1.0 point for candidates who are children of active or retired police officers, children of employees with indefinite labor contracts in the People's Public Security; children of officers who have retired due to disability or have transferred to another profession, have been discharged from the army or have passed away and have worked continuously in the police force for 15 years or more up to the month of admission.
+ Add 0.5 points for candidates who are biological children of the Commune Police Chief or part-time Deputy Commune Police Chief, with a working period of 15 years or more up to the month of admission.
+ Candidates belonging to many priority categories will enjoy the highest priority category.
