Binh Thuan Professional Chefs Association signs strategic cooperation agreement

BTO - Binh Thuan Professional Chefs Association has just held a summary of activities in 2023 and set out tasks for 2024. Ms. Nguyen Lan Ngoc - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Permanent representative of the Tourism Association, leaders of the Provincial Tourism Promotion Information Center; representatives of some Chefs Associations from other provinces and over 50 members attended at TTC Palace Phan Thiet.

The Binh Thuan Professional Chefs Association is under the Provincial Tourism Association and officially came into operation in January 2023. After 1 year of operation, the Professional Chefs Association has truly become a "common home" for those who love the culinary profession of the province to have a playground to express themselves, improve their skills, creativity and together raise the level of Binh Thuan cuisine.

In addition to promoting and creating delicious dishes of Binh Thuan, contributing to creating unique menus with rich flavors of the sea, bringing "nostalgia" to tourists, the Professional Chefs Association also receives support and companionship from the tourism industry, the Tourism Association and especially sponsors in culinary art creation activities under the Phan Thiet - Binh Thuan brand. In particular, in 2024, the Binh Thuan Professional Chefs Association will join hands to create a number of new dishes based on the ingredients and specialties of Binh Thuan sea.

On this occasion, the Provincial Tourism Association and the Professional Chefs Association honored outstanding individuals who have made many contributions to the Association's activities. This is also an opportunity to express gratitude to sponsors, units and businesses that have always supported and accompanied the Association's activities. At the ceremony, the Provincial Tourism Association announced the end of the first term and decided to recognize the Executive Committee of the Binh Thuan Professional Chefs Association for the second term, 2024 - 2026.

The association also organized the admission and awarded certificates to 46 members who are chefs of restaurants and hotels in the province. To start the new term with many successes, at the closing ceremony, the Binh Thuan Professional Chefs Association signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hung Cuong Investment - Production - Trade Joint Stock Company and V Horeca Ceramics.
