A year has passed with many difficulties and worries for the whole world when epidemics, wars, and natural disasters still have complicated developments, not only causing painful loss to people but also leading to economic crisis. In that difficulty, many countries still find their own way, gradually recovering the economy, regaining growth momentum, ensuring social security. Vietnam is one of them.
Overcoming harsh challenges and great pressures from the outside world, the entire political system, the business community and each citizen have responded flexibly to maintain production, improve living standards and change the face of the country. Steadying the ship of innovation firmly, the Communist Party of Vietnam has gradually cleaned up the apparatus, resolutely and persistently fought corruption and negativity, while promoting the strength of the entire Party and people, gradually bringing the country steadily forward and deeply integrating with the world.

Before the traditional New Year of the nation, looking back on the past year of 2023, every Vietnamese person is so happy with the achievements of the "bamboo diplomacy" strategy with visits by heads of state such as the United States, China... Vietnam has upgraded relations with the United States to a comprehensive strategic partnership, continuing to further enhance relations with China. Along with that are the visits of our Party and State leaders to neighboring countries and continents.
A Vietnam that “has never had such a foundation, potential, position and international prestige as today” is a reliable destination for investors and tourists around the world. Political stability, fairly high economic growth, culture is taken care of, social security is ensured, the material and spiritual life of the people is improved, national defense and security are maintained... These are the results crystallized from the hands, minds, sweat and tears of cadres, party members, the business community, the entire political system and the entire people.

In the last days of the year of the Cat, in the bright red flags flying across the Hong mountain - La river strip, sharing the beat of more than 100 million hearts across the country, nearly 1.4 million people of Ha Tinh eagerly welcomed the new spring of Giap Thin 2024 with the joy that the province achieved many exciting results in socio-economic development, creating momentum and strength for the road ahead. The once-hard-working and steadfast homeland is now shining in the new day's picture with many brilliant colors.
A Ha Tinh that has gone through many wars, droughts and storms but is still steadfastly loyal to the Party. A Ha Tinh where the French colonialists could not stand for 24 hours, ready to "leave no one behind but their car" in the resistance war against the US, with young men and women dedicating their youth to the legendary roads, now devoting their intelligence, strength and wealth to creating new bright - green - clean - beautiful rural areas, attracting tourists from near and far.
The new roads have been opened, the majestic and proud bridges crossing the Lam, La, Ngan Pho, Ngan Sau rivers... are getting closer to the footsteps of people from all over and Ha Tinh children far from home coming to gather. The sweet aroma of Huong Khe, Can Loc, Vu Quang oranges, Phuc Trach grapefruit, cu-do, Huong Son deer velvet and the rich taste of Nhuong Ban, Ky Xuan seafood... along with hundreds of products from all over the region are inviting friends to come and enjoy. The land of learning Ha Tinh is lighting up the flame of tradition, training future generations of virtuous and talented owners, becoming an endless source of vitality for the nation. A humane and loyal Ha Tinh is "stilling the soul of the country" in the immense emotions of poetry and music.
Looking back at the days of the old year full of worries and hardships but also full of determination and joy of life, the entire Party Committee and all the people of Ha Tinh are turning their hearts to the first moments of the new year of Giap Thin with love, hope, waiting and determination. Although there are hardships ahead, like fire testing gold, the thousand-year-old tradition of our ancestors echoes together with the excited sounds of millions of hearts in the new day, urging the people of Ha Tinh to make more efforts for the beautiful springs ahead.

Spring is coming very close with the colorful flowers and leaves, the scent of agarwood wafting in the wind, the taste of banh chung, gio cha, candies and jams... and the bustling sound of cheerful spring music.
