Along with that, right from the beginning of the hot season, the Management Board of the Student Housing Cluster has organized inspections, reviews, maintenance, and replenishment of the entire fire prevention and fighting system and equipment in the entire area and places with potential risks of fire and explosion such as the basement parking lot, kitchen, canteen, etc. Regularly organize inspections, reminders, and propaganda through the warning public address system, raising the sense of responsibility for people in the housing cluster to pay attention to ensuring safety when using electrical equipment and heat source safety to avoid unfortunate incidents of fire and explosion...

Along with that, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police force proactively coordinates with units and localities to maintain fire prevention and fighting safety inspections for residential areas, households, production and business establishments to promptly detect and overcome loopholes and shortcomings that could cause fires and explosions. To proactively prevent and fight fires and explosions in extreme hot weather conditions, households, agencies and businesses need to strictly implement fire prevention and fighting measures such as: not storing flammable substances, gasoline, and gas in the house; Do not leave many flammable items and goods near the cooking area; do not charge phones, electric bicycles, spare batteries and other power-consuming devices overnight; install automatic circuit breaker devices for the entire building's electrical system, each floor, each branch, each high-power electrical device; arrange a reasonable place of worship... Before leaving the house and before going to bed, check the cooking area, turn off unnecessary electrical equipment; cars and motorbikes must be kept away from fire sources, heat sources, cooking stoves and not obstruct escape routes. Households should arrange emergency exits, prepare ladders, rope ladders, demolition tools to create escape routes, and not leave objects obstructing escape routes and doors. People need to avoid subjectivity, must equip themselves with knowledge about fire prevention and fighting, fire fighting skills, escape, and smoke prevention in fire conditions and anticipate fire situations to proactively implement fire fighting and escape measures in a timely manner and ensure safety. When detecting a fire or explosion, find a way to quickly alert everyone around; use on-site fire fighting equipment to control the fire and immediately notify the fire police and rescue force or the nearest commune or ward police to coordinate fire fighting and take appropriate handling measures.
