Hanoi Tax Department is reviewing cases of taxpayers engaged in rental housing activities, ensuring that 100% of households operating rental housing businesses are subject to tax management.
Information from the Hanoi People's Committee on November 18 said that the Hanoi Tax Department is currently directing tax branches in the city to closely coordinate with local authorities to review and disseminate instructions to taxpayers who rent out boarding houses to comply with tax laws.
Thereby promptly managing the arising rental businesses in the area, determining the tax revenue close to the actual occurrence.
