Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man emphasized that in the coming time, all levels and sectors of Nam Dinh province will continue to effectively implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, and Resolution No. 30 of the Politburo on socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security in the Red River Delta region to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

The province needs to further strengthen the Party building work, improve the quality of the work of building the organizational apparatus and cadres, improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations at all levels to be effective and efficient. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and fight against corruption, negativity and signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics and lifestyle of cadres and Party members...

The province continues to promote its advantages in agricultural production and the potential and strengths of the marine economy; mobilize and effectively use all resources to invest in building socio-economic infrastructure; accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital, prioritize the allocation of resources for key projects with long-term strategic significance, contributing to attracting investment and socio-economic development. On the other hand, the province promotes administrative reform, building e-government, digital transformation, improving competitiveness, supporting and creating the best conditions for businesses and investors when investing in the province.

The province continues to maintain and be among the leading groups nationwide in terms of education quality, promoting training and developing high-quality human resources to meet the needs of the labor market and international integration. In particular, Nam Dinh needs to better implement policies for people with meritorious services and ensure social security; maintain security, politics, order, and social safety...

In particular, for People's Councils at all levels, Nam Dinh needs to ensure comprehensive leadership of Party committees; promptly institutionalize Resolutions of the Party, National Assembly, Government, and Party committees at all levels into Resolutions of People's Councils; effectively and substantially carry out activities of meeting voters, receiving citizens, handling citizens' complaints and denunciations, monitoring and explaining activities, etc.

In the immediate future, People's Councils at all levels need to focus on implementing Resolution No. 96 of the National Assembly on taking a vote of confidence and voting for people holding positions elected or approved by the National Assembly and People's Councils at the end of 2023. In particular, the implementation of Resolution No. 35 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of district and commune-level administrative units in the 2023-2030 period needs to gain the consensus of cadres, party members and people.
