Quang Tri Province Cultural and Cinema Center at 1A Hung Vuong Street is the starting point of Tien Phong Marathon 2025. On the morning of March 30, there will be more than 7,000 professional and amateur athletes competing here.

Hung Vuong Street is a vital route running through the center of Dong Ha city, connecting Dong Ha market commercial area with the southern industrial park of the city.

Runners in the 5km race will turn onto Hai Thuong Lan Ong Street, while those competing in the 10km, 21km and 42.195km races will continue to the roundabout before turning onto Ly Thuong Kiet Street.

The highlight of the Tien Phong Marathon 2025 route is Le Thanh Tong Street running through Khe May Lake, where the scenery is extremely poetic, with an immense lake and vast pine forests.

Le Thanh Tong Street intersects Khe May Lake by Khe May Bridge. This is also the first bridge that runners will cross when participating in Tien Phong Marathon 2025.

Khe May Lake is considered the lung of Dong Ha city, at the same time bringing moments of quiet, peace, away from the noisy city life.

Hoang Dieu Street running parallel to Hieu River is also an impressive route that Tien Phong Marathon 2025 brings.

The section of Hoang Dieu Street connecting to Duong Moi Street offers a different experience, with fragrant rice fields on one side and the peaceful scenery of Quang Tri countryside on the other.

It will not be surprising if the athletes receive a warm welcome from the people of Quang Tri, similar to previous years in Lai Chau or Phu Yen. The warm affection of the people towards Tien Phong Marathon is a unique feature, creating the brand of the tournament.

Not only that, the enchanting beauty of the forest on both sides will surely make runners gasp.

The bridges across Hieu River, including Hieu River Bridge, Saltwater Barrier Bridge and An Lac Bridge, are a unique feature of the tournament held in Quang Tri.

In addition, runners also ran through historical sites, such as Road 9 Cemetery or Hien Luong Street, named after the bridge on the Ben Hai River that once divided the country into two regions, the North and the South.

According to the Organizing Committee, the Quang Tri Provincial Police mobilized 1,050 officers, soldiers and many other support forces to ensure the smooth running of the event, ensuring the safety of athletes, spectators and people. In addition, the running route also included 600 youth union volunteers, 100 officers and teachers of Physical Education, and medical staff with a team of experts always ready to handle emergency situations.
